Preparation Times

Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare your package as quickly as possible. For most products, preparation time is 1-3 working days .

Arrival Times from Suppliers

For products that require sourcing from external suppliers, lead times may vary based on supplier availability and location. Typically, these products require 5-10 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Once received, we will prepare and ship immediately.

Shipping by Courier

Once the package is ready, it will be entrusted to our trusted courier within 48 hours . Delivery times depend on the final destination:

• Italy : Estimated delivery in 4-5 working days after being entrusted to the courier.

• Europe : Estimated delivery in 6 -8 working days .

• Rest of the world : Estimated delivery in 7-15 working days , depending on location.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which will allow you to follow your package until delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout and vary based on the destination and total weight of the order. For orders over 39.90 euros, shipping will be free.
